No Soil Means No Soil

Shake off excess dirt from root balls and weeds. If your waste includes soil, choose the Green Waste (With Soil) option instead.

Cut Large Branches

Break down large branches into smaller pieces to maximise bin space and make processing easier.

Don't Overfill

Keep waste level with the top of the bin. Overfilled bins cannot be transported safely.
