Tipaload Credit Account Offer – Terms and Conditions

1. Offer Overview
   This promotional offer is available exclusively to verified shippers on the Tipaload platform who submit a completed application for a Tipaload Credit Account by 11:59PM AEST on 31 May 2025. Upon formal approval by Tipaload, eligible shippers will receive a 10% discount on all jobs accepted through the platform for a period of 30 calendar days, starting from the date of written approval.

2. Eligibility
   To be eligible for this offer, applicants must:

   • Be a registered and active shipper on the Tipaload platform;

   • Operate a valid business with a current ABN or ACN;

   • Submit a complete and accurate credit application by the deadline;

   • Pass all internal credit, compliance, and identity verification checks required by Tipaload or its finance partners.

3. Conditions of Approval
   All credit facilities are issued at the sole discretion of Tipaload. Approval is not guaranteed. Tipaload reserves the right to:

   • Decline any application without providing reasons;

   • Request additional documentation or information;

   • Refuse the offer where the applicant has outstanding debts, adverse credit history, fraudulent activity, or incomplete verification;

   • Cancel the offer if the applicant is found to be misusing the platform or violating any Tipaload terms of use.

4. Discount Activation and Use
   The 10% discount applies only to job quotes approved through the Tipaload platform during the 30-day validity window post-approval. The discount is:

   • Non-transferable;

   • Not redeemable for cash;

   • Only applicable to new job approvals made during the eligible period;

   • Automatically deactivated after the 30-day period.

5. Limitations and Discretion
   Tipaload reserves the right to:

   • Amend, withdraw, or suspend this offer at any time without notice;

   • Limit the number of offers granted per business or individual;

   • Cancel any approval if the shipper is in breach of Tipaload's terms of service or becomes ineligible post-approval.

6. No Guarantee or Representation
   Participation in this offer does not create any obligation on Tipaload to approve any credit facility or to offer continued discounts beyond the promotional period. Tipaload makes no warranties or representations regarding the availability of jobs or carriers during the discount period.

7. Governing Law
   These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with this offer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
