TIPALOAD — Future Plan
We have not launched these programmes yet. As a startup, this page sets out what TIPALOAD will build and push in the coming phases.
TIPALOAD will connect builders, earthmovers, and truckies to move material quickly and keep it out of landfill. Waste diversion will be core to our product and our community work in NSW first, then other states.
Job posts will include material types (concrete, brick/tiles, VENM/ENM soil, timber, metals, green waste, cardboard, plasterboard). Carriers will receive sorting tips before pickup.
Drivers will upload weighbridge dockets and photo evidence. Jobs will auto‑classify as recycled, reused, or landfilled. Dashboards will report diversion by job, site, and customer.
The app will surface vetted centres with high recovery rates, clear acceptance rules, and reliable turnaround times. Sites with better diversion performance will be promoted.
We will publish printable bin labels, "What Goes Where" posters, and short setup videos for jobsites inside the app.
We plan to support secure payouts (Stripe Connect), credit workflows, and optional factoring aligned to clean documentation of recycled tonnages.
Short site sessions on labelled bays, contamination control, and high‑yield recovery for concrete, brick, metal, cardboard, timber, and plasterboard.
Hands‑on lessons about the circular economy and sorting, with optional tours at modern recycling centres through partner facilities.
Partnerships with local providers to create roles in logistics and resource recovery, including Indigenous participation.
Small annual grants for repair cafes, tool libraries, and reuse hubs that measurably divert material.
Seasonal events with pre‑sorted lanes for metals, e‑waste (licensed partners), green waste, and cardboard. Volunteers will help residents sort on arrival.
We will work with centres using screens, magnets, eddy currents, air separation, optical sorters, and QC lines to recover more material.
Clear site maps, labelled bays, and contamination controls will be standard in guidance and signage.
Builders will be able to request recycled aggregates, road base, sand, and mulch sourced from partner facilities.
Diversion rate on participating jobs: ≥75% baseline; ≥85% on concrete/brick‑heavy jobs with correct site setup.
Contamination rate: <5% where labelled bays are used.
Engagement (first 12 months post‑launch): 100+ toolbox talks, 25+ school/TAFE sessions.
Micro‑grants: at least 10 per year.
Recycled‑product pilots: 20 projects specifying recycled aggregates.
Concrete, brick, tiles: recycle into road base and aggregates.
Metals: separate ferrous/non‑ferrous for remelt.
Clean timber: remanufacture or energy recovery where permitted.
Cardboard & paper: bale to mills.
Plasterboard offcuts: gypsum recovery where accepted.
Green waste: mulch and soil conditioners.
Soil (VENM/ENM): approved reuse channels only.
Mixed C&D: send to high‑throughput sorting; minimise residuals.
Not accepted at standard C&D bays: liquids, asbestos, chemicals, gas bottles, batteries, and general e‑waste; use licensed programmes.
Quarterly diversion metrics and estimates of tCO₂‑e avoided.
Clear acceptance rules, partner site lists, and safety guidance in‑app.
Annual community impact report summarising engagement, grants, and diversion outcomes.
